Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact for a successful inspection.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size immediately.
